Musing for the day

You will soon find out that I think a lot. And with that comes worrying. I am genuinely working on it, but I want to help others realise that not that many things in life are worth fretting about. So many things go around in our heads every day, when in reality they don’t mean all that much. Worrying is natural, but it can also be a waste of space. So I’ve narrowed everything in my life down to 2 things that truly matter, which are the happiness and health of my family, myself included. All the stuff in between, I’m trying to spend less time thinking about. Obviously, there are other things that make life more interesting, whether this is your work, friends or hobbies. But here’s an article I really liked and I think everyone can benefit from living with this philosophy:
